Can someone explain to me how it is possible that you have to pay back even more taxes when your income is reduced? I really don't get it. You earn less money and than you also have to pay back even more taxes instead of getting some money back. How is that not an upside down world?
I really don't want to waste my energy on this and I won't do it, because if there is one thing in the world I hate, it's money, politics and economics, because they do not make any sense to me at all and I think if we could get rid of money altogether the world would actually be a more fair place. But it still bugs me, because my income (by choice btw) is quite low and now I have to pay back almost €250,- in taxes. That, for me, is a lot of money. And it was the same last year as well. It turns out that when you earn a lot of money, you benefit from a lot of things as well and basically get more money back in return. And again: I don't get how that works. And I really shouldn't be wondering about it and let it go because it is only money and fuck it.
But yeah.
