prettygoodyearEver since the weather got lovely, my mood changed from grumpy, tired and feeling down to happy, awake and just feeling great. I love summer. I absolutely do. To be able to feel a nice, warm sunshine on my body heals me in so many ways. I realize how much I hate the cold. It's not so much because it's cold, but because it actually just really hurts my body.
Anyway...I've enjoyed my day today because of the lovely weather. Had lunch outside, sat on my balcony and I just felt happy.
Other than that I really didn't do much today. I've been thinking about going on some kind of holiday this summer, but I don't know where to go. Ireland has crossed my mind, but I'm not sure I actually do want to go there again. At least not all by myself again, I want to share the Irish experience with someone else for once. So...it's still a bit blank, but I'd love to go somewhere for the summer, it's been too long since I actually left this country. Decisions...decisions...lol...
Just a couple more weeks though and then this school year is all over again as well, it actually went by pretty fast. A lot faster than I thought. But I'm not complaining, of course, hahaha.
By the way...an old lady who lives near my parents died last week. We didn't know her very well and all, but...her house will go on sale one of these weeks. At one hand I don't want to live THAT close to my parents, but on the other hand: the location is perfect. If the price is fair, and the house looks okay as well, I might give it a serious thought. It's the kind of house I'd like to live in, and the neighborhood is lovely (and quiet!) as well. I went to visit one of those houses a couple of weeks ago, and the location was perfect, but it needed a lot of work and I wouldn't have the budget for it. I just want to get out of here, still. It's not a matter of time, cause I can still survive here, but I would prefer a real home though.
It will come in time though, I'm sure about it. Sometimes I want to rush things though, haha.
Well...I'm gonna eat a small salad right now and just enjoy the rest of the evening. CSI will be on at 10.00 (and Monday AND Friday as well, yay!). Lovely, lovely.
