Snow and stuff

prettygoodyearYesterday I left my home at 10 in the morning to go visit my niece. My parents were babysitting her and I wanted to come over for 2 days as well. The journey was gorgeous, but took long. I had to call my dad eventually cause the train failed to continue it's journey due to the cold and snow. I arrived at my niece at about 1.15. It usually takes about 75 minutes to get there by car, so yeah...
Being around my niece was fabulous! She's such a happy kid, smiling as much as she could. It's weird to be back home again. And my two weeks holiday has also started, but it somehow doesn't really feel like it has. Weird.
And today it snowed so much! It's so gorgeous outside, but of course after tomorrow temperature will rise slightly again and get above 0 degrees celsius with chances of rain. Which means the snow won't last very long. So stupid! hopefully the weather will decide to stay cold so we at least will have a real white Christmas for once!
