22 October 2010 22:55Autumn break. And I get a soar throat almost instantly. What? Like...seriously...a week off and I get ill? I hate soar throats and get them too often. It's an annoying feeling and I can't swallow well thus resulting in a shitty night of sleep. Stupid.
But yeah...Autumn break. Yesterday I took the kids on a field trip to the Oostvaardersplassen. We went by bike, was a good 11 kilometers. We had strong winds on our way there and it took us 1,5 hours to get there, also because of bike failures. Anyway. We had the most wonderful weather and spotted the most wonderful things and animals. Was really great. I love filed trips so much, because you get to know the kids so much better. They were all so interested in everything. Just great!
